Cycling up a mountain without training on hills beforehand was a killer, I could feel every kilogram attached to the bike here.

Stayed on the lowest gear and just pushed though the pain

Nothing like going for a hike through Thailand's Mountainous Jungle.

Ramkhamhaeng National Park is very remote and I saw only a handful of people the whole day.

I slept in my hammock in a beautiful spot at the top of the mountain and saw the sunrise above the clouds in the morning.
I've had this song in my head all day, love it. Come on England.

My 6th day cycling across Southeast Asia. A lovely short ride today in the crazy 36-degree heat! Note to self, don't start cycling at 11am🚴

Fortunately, I had a short cycle and had some free time to explore the city!

Cycling in a straight line for 137 KM over 12 hours may not be everyone's idea of fun, but today it was certainly mine.

Thailand was providing a lot of beauty even though I was cycling alongside the highway.

My legs are destroyed right now.

Today I went on the longest bike ride in my whole life, 116km (72 miles).

Cycling whilst it was 35 degrees was a killer, but also weirdly quite fun. However, I couldn't focus on both taking videos and not passing out :/

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's 137 km cycle ;)

My first time cycling more than 10km in 3 years, and my legs and arse were telling me all about it!
I definitely need to grab some cycling shorts to sort this out.

This was my first taste of bikepacking and I love it. It feels so freeing to travel wherever I want to, and I felt a strong feeling of accomplishment carrying myself and all my belongings for the ride.
